By downloading or using Smart Printer ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Smart Printer on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service.

Subscriptions & Purchases

• Premium features require a subscription or one-time purchase through the Mac App Store.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with App Store policies.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to reverse engineer, redistribute, or use it for unlawful purposes. You are responsible for the content you print or scan.

Disclaimer

Smart Printer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with all printers and scanners.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
